基隆正濱漁港內，停泊了一艘斑駁生鏽、即將報廢的遠洋漁船。
觀眾進入低矮的駕駛艙，穿戴上虛擬實境裝置，觀眾的身體即進入了一個與現場一模一樣虛擬的駕駛艙，但眼前與窗外的一切，變成了一艘全新的遠洋漁船，彷彿這艘大船重生了，緩慢地航行在一望無際的大海上。不多久，這艘全新的遠洋漁船，開始緩緩地沉入了大海。觀眾以為已完全沉入了海中，但大船卻又緩緩地降落在另一個海面上。大船開始反覆的下沉、降落至另一個海面上，直到沉入幽暗的深海為止。接著，大船再從深海緩緩地浮上來，重複的回到海面，最後也回到了正濱漁港、回到了現實。

Tao Ya-Lun
1966年生於臺北，曾獲臺灣當代藝術最具代表性的臺北獎、臺北縣政府獎；代表華人藝術界最具有當代藝術精神的李仲生當代繪畫創作獎，為歷屆最年輕的得獎人；為美國亞洲文化協會臺灣獎助計畫之受獎人，以交換學者身分赴美參觀與訪問；獲美國舊金山赫德蘭藝術中心 Headland Center for the Arts 邀請為駐村藝術家；受香港1a space 藝術空間邀請與香港藝術發展局贊助，為1a space第一位駐場藝術家；以及數位影像與科技藝術頗負盛名的北歐當代藝術中心 Nordic Institute for Contemporary Art 之駐場藝術家；獲巴黎西帖國際藝術村工作室獎學金第一名；受波士頓市政府之邀為波士頓交換藝術家。
