昔日漁船裝載漁貨的漁箱，利用在地港邊材料，於臨海港邊透過建築構築成一座如島般的船型故事屋，邀請民眾來訪進入體驗、感受和經歷不同時空的歷史匯流之大小事。
創作者自2017年至今在正濱漁港生活和認識彼此，將曾經每一日與正濱漁港相遇的大小之人、事、物，可能是一段印象深刻的話、一張最感動的照片、一位感念的老船長，或是民眾留言和提供相關記事文件、也有我和在地人們互動所留下的，化為如浮島般一座的故事小船屋，期待串聯在地居民和外來訪客對於地方的認識與互動。
