連接著和平島與正濱漁港的和平橋，在陽光灑落下相襯的金黃，是正濱漁港與和平島最溫柔的見證，「洋流」Ocean Current這件作品便是藉著如同洋流聯繫海洋魚場與漁港的活力，和平橋亦是如此，橋上的熙攘與橋下經過的船舶留下的是生活記憶與故事，但時至今日，連綿的藍，在橋上流動著，有多少美好留下，海浪堆積了不少海廢，沿著橋走，與我們一同細數在地居民的生活點滴，也審視海洋資源的珍貴，看看盡頭的海和眼前的港灣，我們能做些什麼?

張舒晴 x陳律佑｜
Chang Shu-Qing＆ Chen Lu-You
藝術家張舒晴和陳律佑，自國立臺灣師範大學美術系畢業，藝術創作取材常聚焦於社會議題的討論，亦對於藝術教育有極大的熱忱，此次受邀至2019基隆潮藝術駐村創作，便是以圍繞漁港生活、海洋環境議題及結合工作坊形式和在地居民的連結而完成「洋流」Ocean Current這件作品。
